Request account deletion

How to request deletion

1. Email support@hometechsolution.in from the same email used on your account, with subject “Delete my account”.
2. Or call +91 94505 75416 and ask to delete the account.
3. We will confirm the request and delete the account, usually within 7 days.

What is deleted

Name, email, phone, login, saved addresses, and the ability to sign in. Consultation messages tied to your account are removed where possible.

What may be kept

Completed order records (items, amount, GST/tax details) may be kept as required under Indian tax and accounting law, typically up to 8 years. These are not used for marketing.

Partial deletion

You can also email the same address to correct or delete specific data (for example a phone number) without closing the whole account.
