Using the website and app
You may browse our catalog, place material orders, track orders, and request a construction consultation. You must give accurate name, phone, and delivery details. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Orders and prices
Catalog prices are in Indian Rupees. GST, delivery charges, and offers follow the rates set in our store at the time of checkout. An order is a request to buy materials. We confirm availability and may call you if an item is out of stock or a price has changed. A GST tax invoice is issued at the shop after fulfilment.
Payment and delivery
You may pay online or cash on delivery where that option is shown. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you gave. Please check items on receipt and report damage or shortage promptly.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order from My Orders before it is shipped. After dispatch, contact us at support@hometechsolution.in or +91 94505 75416. Returns of used or cut materials are not normally accepted.
Construction consultation
A consultation request is not a construction contract. Site advice, drawings, and estimates given through the form, call, or visit are for guidance. A separate written agreement is required before we start building work.
Reviews
Reviews you submit may be published on our website and app after we check them. We may refuse or remove content that is false, abusive, or unrelated to our work.
Liability
We take care to show correct product information, but photos and descriptions are a guide. Our liability for an online materials order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where Indian law does not allow a limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Chandauli / Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
